Why We Started the Program
By choosing our practice, we realize that you’re giving us a certain level of trust in providing the most effective and comfortable orthodontic care possible. When you tell others about your experience and refer them to our practice, it’s our job to prove to that friend or colleague that they were right to trust your experience. As a result, our practice grows because of the referrals you bring in.
Therefore, we developed the Share a Smile Referral program to give thanks to you, our current patients, and give us a chance to introduce others to the practice.
How the Program Works
The way the program works is quite simple. After you’ve finished having treatment with us (or finished stopping by to say hello), simply take the Share a Smile referral certificate and write your name and address on it. This is the certificate you’ll be giving your friend, neighbor, co-worker, or family member who is interested in orthodontic treatment.
If that person comes to the practice for their new patient appointment, all they need to do is present the certificate to our receptionist. To show our gratitude, you’ll be given a $25 gift card. Keep in mind that you’ll receive a gift card for every new patient you refer. If the person you refer comes back to receive orthodontic treatment, you’ll be given another $25 gift card as well. Eligible treatments for the additional gift card include any of the following:
- Phase I
- Phase II
- Comprehensive
What to Expect at Your First Appointment
When you come in as a new patient, your orthodontist in Canfield will take the time to go over your smile’s current positioning, explain what your options are for treatment, and help you choose the best solution for your unique smile. If you schedule an appointment early enough, we may even be able to get started on your treatment the same day you come in!
